Ben holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a BSc in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. |

Eli is a financial markets entrepreneur and co-founder of a green start-up which utilizes carbon finance to prevent rainforest destruction in developing countries. Previously, Eli worked for Morgan Stanley facilitating M&A, equity offerings and private placements among a variety of industries. Eli began his career at Credit Suisse, structuring and executing over $15 billion of debt securitizations across a diverse credit and product spectrum. Eli has a BSc in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University. |

Maor is a seasoned high-tech executive with eight years of experience in quantitative finance & information technology. Maor is the founder and CTO of Panda TS Ltd. a financial software provider that offers advanced solutions and advisory services for the capital markets industry, focusing on brokerage companies. Currently, as the R&D Manager of an Israeli Investment house, Maor’s primary expertise is in large scale high performance systems, infrastructure build-out, web applications and engineering for high frequency & low latency trading environments. Maor started his career as an algorithmic trader. |

Benni Azaria, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman
Benni is an Associate at DS Apex Mergers & Acquisitions, one of Israel’s leading investment banks, working closely with Israeli companies and institutional investors. He has completed a cross border acquisition and raised both debt and equity in the capital markets. Benni started his career as an analyst for an investment consulting firm in Singapore, where he primarily conducted investment analysis within the commodities sector. Upon his return to Israel, Benni worked as an analyst at Tandem Capital, focusing on portfolio analysis and writing investment recommendations. Some of Benni’s work has been published in the Israeli leading business and financial newspapers. Benni is a graduate of IDC Herzliya and holds a BA (Cum Laude) in Business Administration with a major in finance. |
